New Reschedule Cancellation Policy ;

• Within 48 hours reschedule with all services; The best not any change. But especially if I can find spots on my schedule within the day which suppose to happen the appointment, only in this case, the rescheduling is no fee.

• Within 24 rescheduling takes 100% cancellation fee.

• Also you can find someone instead of you on your appointment time, you don't need to pay any cancellation fee even if within 24 hours.

Deposit ;

• The treatment over 70 minutes will be charged the deposit 30% from the total amount when you make an appointment online. Also please be noted It will be charged as cancellation fee if you cancel within 48 hours.

There is two type of perm existing Which are Hot permanents (digital perm) and Cold permanents.

what I provide perm second one and includes PH control. THIOGLYCOLLATES FREE / SLES & SLS FREE / PARABEN FREE / PE- TROLATUM FREE / PEG, PPG & BG FREE / FRAGRANCE ALLERGEN FREE / WITHOUT FREE AMMONIA.

Treatment lasts from 4 to more than 12 weeks, depending on the type of wave chosen and the degree of hair sensitivity. On the day of the waving treatment, hair can be dried with any techni- que, though we recommend using a diffuser for a natural look, which enhances the elasticity of the curls. At home and in the salon, all styling curl products can be used to shape and define waves. The ideal home treatment complements are that I can recommend to use the products at Kae hair. On the day you apply a curly hair treatment which we provide at Kae hair. Permanent and other colouring treatments are discouraged.
